This collaboration leveraged Vylla Home's affiliation with Carrington Property Services, specializing in bank asset dispositions and foreclosed properties (REO properties). Charles has developed significant expertise in this area, spending the past eight years instrumental in managing and selling assets for numerous banks.

Beyond this, his proficiencies include identifying home investment opportunities and leveraging comprehensive market data knowledge. Currently, Charles serves as the managing broker for Vylla Home in Atlantic City and is a partner with Giuliana Modugno in the broader Vylla Home South Jersey Group, which includes an additional office in Northfield.
